For Bördegarten Gemüse GmbH & Co. KG, a storage and production hall for carrots was built with two 10 t/h washing lines with truck scales.

A carrot washing plant was built in the hall, for which a lot of fresh water is needed. In the course of reducing the fresh water demand, a water treatment plant with desanding, hydrocyclone, soil removal by lamella clarifiers and sludge dewatering via belt filters was also planned. The construction of a new hall was planned for these technical facilities.
